Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are offered on a month-to-month basis and are charged on the date the subscription starts. Subscribers can pause or cancel at any time. If paused mid-billing cycle, the remaining days of the month will resume when the subscription restarts, followed by a new billing cycle.

The subscription fee is based on the advertised rate at the time of subscription and is non-negotiable. No taxes are collected from the customer. Additional charges apply only for add-on services advertised on the website.

Payment and Billing
We accept payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and any other methods handled by Stripe payments. Payments are processed at the start of each billing cycle, which begins on the subscription payment date. Customers can update their profile and billing information via the login link on the subscription payment website, Stripe. There are no fees for failed or declined payments. If a payment fails, the design subscription will be paused until the payment is successful.

Account Registration and Security
Users must create a profile via our payment processor, Stripe, to handle payment and billing information. Information required includes first name, last name, email address, and a valid credit or debit card. Security is managed by Stripe, ensuring the protection of login credentials and personal information.

Usage and Access
The subscription service includes a monthly design subscription with a monthly fee, custom scope projects with fixed scope and price (paid 50/50), and one-time add-ons for existing subscribers, detailed on the website. There are no limitations on the number of users for a design subscription.

Content and Intellectual Property
All works created by Matey, LLC and provided to customers belong solely to the client.

Privacy and Data Protection
Matey, LLC does not store any data or content. Privacy practices and data collection policies are managed by Stripe and Trello. Refer to their respective T&C and Privacy Policies.

Termination and Suspension
Subscriptions may be terminated for failure to pay on the renewal date or for any add-on services. Matey, LLC reserves the right to terminate any project or subscription at any time for necessary and reasonable reasons.

Customers can cancel their subscription through Stripe Payments at any time without penalties or fees.

Dispute Resolution and Legal Remedies
If any disputes arise concerning the works designed or developed by Matey, LLC, Matey, LLC will work with the customer to reach a reasonable resolution in a timely manner.

Any legal actions arising from the subscription agreement will be governed by the laws of Washington, USA, with disputes resolved in Washington state courts.

Updates and Modifications
Matey, LLC reserves the right to update policies and disclosures at any time. Updates will be communicated to active subscribers promptly. Customers will review updates via email and on our website. Subscribers automatically accept updates on their subscription renewal date.

Indemnification and Liability
Matey, LLC provides no warranties or guarantees. Subscribers must indemnify Matey, LLC against any claims or damages from their use of the subscription service. Matey, LLC retains no responsibility for works after handing off final deliverables. Matey, LLC is not liable for any third-party litigation or financial damages related to the works produced.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Promotional offers are honored for the specified duration during an active subscription. Promotional pricing ends if the subscription is paused or canceled and is only available to new subscribers.

Referrers receive up to 5% of the subscription price for the active duration of the referred subscription. Payment to referrers is arranged separately and paid out as agreed.
